Leaks, dripping taps and running toilets
A small drip can come from a worn component, a loose connection or an issue elsewhere in the system. Tell us where the water is appearing, whether it’s continuous and whether a nearby isolation valve is accessible.
If water is escaping, isolate the affected supply if you can do so safely and keep water away from electrical equipment. Don’t disturb electrical fittings or force a seized valve.
Replacement fittings and everyday improvements
For a new tap, toilet, shower or outside tap, share the existing arrangement and the replacement model if you’ve already chosen one. Connections, water pressure and access can all affect what’s needed.
A fitting that looks like a direct swap can still need valve or pipework changes. We agree the work and materials before an appointment, rather than assuming every replacement product fits the existing connections.
What helps us understand the job
Describe the location, how long the problem has been there and any recent work. A clear photo of the fitting and surrounding pipework can be sent in WhatsApp.
If you have several small jobs, list them together so we can plan the visit properly. Cylinder faults and radiator work have their own pages with more specific information.
