No heating, no hot water or repeated pressure loss
Tell us whether the fault affects heating, hot water or both, and when it started. A visible error code, a change in pressure or an unusual noise all help, though the cause can’t be pinned down remotely.
Repeated pressure loss can point to a leak, an expansion issue or another system fault. Continually topping up without finding the cause isn’t a lasting repair. Never remove the boiler casing or attempt gas adjustments yourself.
Fault finding before replacing parts
Boiler, thermostat, pump and valve symptoms can overlap. Proper diagnosis identifies the fault and the repair options before parts are replaced.
Give us the appliance model and any displayed code. Photos can be sent straight through WhatsApp, though a visit may still be needed to establish the cause and the parts required.
Repair or replace?
Age alone doesn’t decide whether a boiler should be replaced. Parts availability, condition, the nature of the fault and the cost of the work all play a part.
We’ll set out the repair options and talk honestly about replacement if the boiler has recurring faults or the repair isn’t practical.
