Landlords must have gas appliances, fittings and flues checked every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer. We carry out the checks and provide the record for your tenants and your files.

Where an engineer finds an unsafe gas appliance or installation, a warning and advice notice records the situation, how it was made safe and the remedial work needed. This sample shows the layout — it is not a real notice.
Every document above is a sample with fictitious details, shown so you know what to expect. None of them is a valid certificate, a completed inspection or a record for any real property.
A landlord gas safety check assesses the relevant gas appliances and flues and records the findings. A boiler service follows the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions. One shouldn’t be assumed to include the other.
You can arrange both at the same visit. Just let us know the appliance list and what you need so the booking reflects the property.
Provide the postcode, appliance details, the certificate due date if known and who is authorised to arrange access. Keep the appliance areas accessible and agree tenant arrangements before the visit.
Please avoid sharing tenant personal information without permission. Access and appointment availability are agreed with you; sending a request doesn’t reserve a slot.
If a check identifies an issue, we’ll explain the finding and the next steps. A record doesn’t mean every appliance has passed, and remedial work isn’t automatically included.
